Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
- The guarantee applies to one order per customer.
- Returning the product is not required.

How to request a refund

Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
